SIFTING SYSTEM
Sifting Systems also known as quality check & assurance on material for processing. It is a separation process to sieve away coarse particle in varies specified sizes to remove lumps commonly used for classifying.
Material selection for the Sifting Equipment based on material properties & characteristics, and available in mild steel, SUS 304, SUS 316L, etc.
Two major types of Sifting Equipment & Systems: -
- Gravity Sifting - Material feeding & discharge from upstream to downstream equipment by passing through Sifting Equipment by gravity
- In-Line Sifting – Sifting Equipment to be installed in-line to the conveying line, pressure or vacuum conveying
